1. We are open from Thurs 14th March 2024 until Sun 03rd November 2024.
  2. Arrival – Arrival Time is from 1pm – 7pm. Please do not arrive before 1pm as our Wardens work very hard and deserve a lunch break too! If you think you may be arriving late i.e. after 7pm can you please ring us on  01665 576613 to let us know.
  3. Departures – On the day of departure please vacate your pitch by 12 Noon which allows our Wardens to ready the pitch for our next guests.
  4. Extra Vehicles – Any extra vehicles will be charged at £5.00 per night. Caravans should have only one car on their booking; motorhomes/campervans with any additional vehicle will incur the extra charge.
  5. Bookings and Payments – You can now pre-book and pay for your pitch prior to arrival via our easy to use online booking system. Requests for specific pitches can be made at the time of booking however we cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests.
  6. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of stay is required to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking and then it will be refunded in full). All balances must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
  7. Should you have to cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival both the deposit and balance are non-refundable. You have 7 days from the date of cancellation to transfer your booking to a new date within the same season, subject to availability. 
  8. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of day of arrival.
  9. Cash/Card payments will still be accepted for same day arrivals.
  10. It is recommended that customers take out Travel Insurance.
  11. In all circumstances the owners decision is final.
  12. We run a quiet, family site therefore the owners reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they are deemed to be causing a disturbance to others.
  13. Large, single sex groups are not accepted. Certain exceptions may be made for numbers of 2/3 persons but this is at the discretion of the owners.
  14. The owners have the right to refuse to accept a booking if misinformation has been provided by the customer at the time of making the booking.
  15. Barbecues are allowed on site (using bricks provided if necessary to avoid damaging the grass) however no camp fires or open fires please. 
  16. Sorry, no gazebos.
  17. To avoid damage to vehicles please no ball games that involve throwing or kicking of balls or frisbees. Swing-ball is allowed.
  18. Max 2 dogs per pitch. Any more than 2 dogs please contact us.
  19. Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on site.
  20. There is a minimum three night stay for Bank Holiday weekends. However, it is understood that some visitors may wish to start/end their holiday over this period and this can be accommodated. Please check as some single/2 night stays may be available.
